FINAL TRANSITION AND EXIT OF MADAM ATIISAH AMIDU OF BAWKU/KADEMA ON 9TH MARCH 2018
Professor Assibi Amidu of NTNU Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway and Martin Alamisi Amidu of Bawku/Accra are today the 9th March 2018 celebrating the final transition and the exit of their beloved mother the late Atiisah Amidu who died on 6th March 2016 in Bawku where she had been ordinarily resident for the past 60 years and was buried at her hometown of Kadema on 7th March 2016 from this physical world into the ancestral world. She died age about 90 years old. The event which started on 6th March 2018 culminates with the final transitional and farewell rites today, 9th March 2018. Professor Assibi Amidu and Martin Alamisi Amidu wish to thanks all those who supported and sympathized with them during her death and final transition and farewell ceremony in accordance with Bulsa custom and tradition. Our senior brother the Bawku-Naba has been generously supportive during her illness, death and transition as a son would for a mother.
